What We Do
Cater for students struggling with reading due to Dyslexia, Language Related Learning Disorders, Autism, 2e, ADHD and other learning difficulties relating to the wide range of neurodiverse experiences and challenges of our students.
At Active Reading we identify the reading strengths and needs of our students. We then work together to develop and implement focused reading programs that ensure their reading skills develop and improve.

Lessons are $60 and go for 50 mins.
No, Active Reading in Ashfield is well resourced to cater for a wide variety of student needs so all lessons are done on site.
You can schedule a tutoring session by calling us or filling out our online contact form.
No Active Reading only teaches reading skills.
Students from 4 Yrs to 13 yrs i.e. Preschool to Yr 7
In short no. Not specific spelling programs and writing programs. Spelling is taught in lessons as a means to consolidate reading skills and handwriting skills are taught to some students struggling with pencil grip and writing letters clearly.
