Raymond has 20 years teaching experience working with children experiencing difficulty learning and has taught over 1,000 students how to read.
The main focus of his career has been supporting students experiencing language-related learning difficulties, dyslexia, hyperlexia, decoding and phonological learning issues.
Raymond has been involved in the teaching of reading theory and practical application to Bachelor of Education students at the University of Sydney for over 15 years for the special education component of the degree.
He has presented at numerous conferences about effective ways of supporting students struggling in schools and done consultation work for the private schools and the NSW Department of Education.
Raymond enjoys teaching students how to read and working with parents to get the best results possible.
